Contact ShinyLink within 30 business days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Include your order number, selected saw kit and reason. For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete kit, photographs can help us review the issue.
Wait for instructions and pack safely
Do not send a parcel to the contact address before receiving return instructions. Disconnect power and securely pack the saw and its included components, retaining the original packaging where practical. We cover shipping for eligible returns and will explain the return method after reviewing the request.
Refunds and exchanges
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. For an exchange, tell us which option arrived and which you need; availability is checked before an exchange is arranged. Contact us about damage or missing parts before repair or disposal.
