Request a return or exchange

Contact us within 30 business days after delivery with your order number, selected product and the reason for your request. For an incorrect or damaged item, include photos of the product and packaging.

Return instructions and shipping

Please wait for our return instructions before sending the cordless 6-inch mini chainsaw back. Pack the product and included components securely, keeping the original packaging where possible. We cover return shipping for eligible returns.

Refund processing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
